Profile - Enable Profile lines to be saved

Description

Currently, a profile can only be exported to ASCII. This would enable the line(s) defining the profiles to be saved in the project as a .sd object so they can be used later or toggled to compare one profile to another.

Qimera 2.3 lets you save the drawn profile 2D route as a .sd line. You can then select these line objects and re-create the original profile object.
