Processing - Improve workflows for complex Qinsy configurations

Description

This improvement would see Qimera get additional capability to allow it to support some of the more complex setup configurations that are possible in Qinsy.  This includes, but is not limited to, the following examples:

  • Linked Objects

  • USBL linked Objects

  • ROV Objects

  • Range-Bearing Objects

Note that many of these types of setups can currently be processed in Qimera as long as the user generates a QPD while online.  This case would look at providing some recalculation capability such that the user would have less of a need for a "replay" operation in Qinsy if the real-time computation was sub-optimal for some reason.

With a .db and .qpd pairing (either online or from replay) these Qinsy setups are now supported in Qimera 2.4.0.
