Processing Settings - Add option to shift points in X,Y,Z directions

In Qimera 2.3, you can:

Set a horizontal shift for selected lines (or for all lines in a Dynamic Surface):

Compute an average horizontal shift between a Dynamic Surface and a reference surface using a new horizontal shifting tool that lets you choose common fiducial points on both surfaces and compute an average shift:

For vertical shifts, there is similar shifting tool for lines:

There are also two new tools that let you:

Compute a single average shift between a Dynamic Surface and a reference surface:

Compute a varying vertical shift for survey lines relative to a reference surface:

This has been implemented already for Qimera version 2.3.0.  The release date has not been set yet but it will occur in Q3/Q4 of this year.
