Description

Add support for the Pan and Tilt so that it can be interfaced as angle rotation sensors.
When this is implemented then it will be possible to calculate multibeam results in real time even when the pan and tilt is operated.

Note that this is related to new functionality to also be able to operate the Pan and tilt unit: https://jira.qps.nl/browse/FQI-34
